The Commission acknowledges that for some clients drug free treatment has been ineffective in dealing with addiction. As a result in November 2005 we began our MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Program.

Currently this service is provided with our contracted providers in Carbon and Monroe Counties utilizing Suboxone, Vivitrol or Methadone.

• To gain entry into the MAT program in Carbon County contact our Referral Center at 1-866-824-3578. A full level of care assessment will be completed and a referral will be made to the Case Management Supervisor.
• To gain entry into MAT program in Monroe County contact Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. Bartonsville at (888) 694-9996.
• Cost sharing for doctor visit, counseling and pharmacy fees for the uninsured client.
• Counseling is a required component of the MAT program.
